Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the current store settings. The delivery charge shown at checkout is the amount applicable to your order.

Delivery times may vary by city, courier service, weather and other circumstances outside the store's control. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number when available.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available when enabled by the store. The customer pays the order amount at the time of delivery. If any advance payment requirement is displayed at checkout for a high-value order, that requirement applies to the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be raised promptly after delivery and the product should be unused and in its original condition unless the store approves otherwise. Eligibility can depend on the product type and the reason for the request.

For a return/exchange request, keep your order/tracking ID and contact details ready so the order can be verified.
